What makes our coaching different?

Our coaching is not just coming in and talking about your issue. I work with you each step of the way. I give my clients permission to be themselves and speak as they wish. My goal is to get my clients to be comfortable and also to get them to feel safe and be able to express who they are.

We are coaches through experience. We have been through trauma, we have lost it all, we have been looked down on, and we fought each day with everything we have. This is what makes us different, we know, we feel, we have been thought it.
What type of coaching do we specialize in?
Self-Love
We guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery, challenging negative self-talk, self-acceptance, and self-love. We help clients build a positive and compassionate relationship with themselves, both mentally and emotionally. This type of coaching is often rooted in principles of personal development, positive psychology, and mindfulness.

Intimacy
We help individuals or couples enhance and improve their intimacy and sexual well-being. We provide guidance, support, and education to help clients develop healthier, more fulfilling, intimate relationships. We cover various topics, including communication, emotional connection, and sexual satisfaction.

Stress and Anxiety
We help individuals manage and cope with stress and anxiety. We provide support, guidance, and tools to help clients develop coping strategies, reduce stress levels, and enhance overall well-being. Stress and anxiety coaching often involves a combination of techniques from various disciplines, including cognitive-behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and stress management.

Emotional and Physical Healing
This coaching is done either on a floor mat or on a massage table. We use a holistic approach to well-being that goes beyond the physical realm. We work on intention, breathwork, energy healing, Chakras, mindfulness, and awareness. Find the power to let go of pain and become the person you always were meant to be. Start with 15 min coaching - 60 min work - 15 min coaching.
