Yoni Steaming is a form of hydrotherapy. It is used to cleanse and stimulate healing. Yoni Steaming has been used by women of all cultures for thousands of years to promote healing. 


Yoni Steaming is used to cleanse, detox, heal, and strengthen the uterus aka "WOMB", fallopian tubes, ovaries, vaginal walls, cervix, and the anus. 

Our Yoni steaming is not just about steaming. We steam to heal the womb from all past traumas. We use intentions and meditation to heal our self.

You CANNOT steam if you are:

  • Pregnant or think you may be pregnant 

  • Have an IUD inserted

  • During Period

  • have a vaginal infection

  • Open wounds

  • Open sores

  • Open blisters

  • Acute injury or inflammation

Must know before you steam

  • If you have a genital piercing, take them out before your session. It can burn you.

  • No sexual activity within 24 hours of steaming of appointment

  • No bikini waxing or Shaving or hair removal on vaginal area within 72 hours of appointment

  • If you have Endometriosis, you are only allowed 15 min of steaming, due to this can cause internal bleeding... KNOW YOUR RISK

After Care

  • RECOMMEND no sexual intercourse for at least 24 hours

  • Do not go out side for the rest of the day or evening- Allow you body to rest, release, restore and heal.

  • Drink plenty of water to release toxins, My recommendation would be at least 1 gallon

  • Eat light

  • Give this time to yourself, relax with a blanket and watch a good movie or read a book
