Red foods

  • When Root Chakra is underactive you want to eat red colored fruits and vegetables, like tomato, grapes, red peppers, and red apples.

  • If overactive stay away from red skinned vegetables like chilli peppers and spices

Yellow foods

  • Yellow citrus Fruits are acidic and stimulate excretion on both physical in physicological levels. So lemons are great.

  • To calm the Solar Plexus Chakra, eat bananas.

Green foods

  • Green salad vegetables in lightly cooked greens such as your cabbage and spinach cleanse in balance the whole body

Blue foods

  • Blue or purple fruits and vegetables have perhaps evolved on a higher level in bring balance to the higher Chakras. So eat eggplant, grapes, and berries.
