What might you experience with Reiki?

Often we get the question of what will I experience. Is this going to work? Should I trust it?

What might I experience?

After we work with someone, we often get these type of comments. *"I feel very refreshed and seem to be thinking more clearly." *"My headache is gone" *"I feel as if I was asleep." *"Your hands were so hot."

The experience of Reiki is subjective, changeable and sometimes very subtle. Some clients can feel the practitioner's hands as hot and even cold. Some also experience the pulsations of the practitioner's hands when they are placed on the body.

People often comment on how comforting they find the experience of Reiki to be. There has been quite of bit of reports that people feel as if they are simultaneously aware of their surroundings and deeply indrawn. Some fall into a deep sleep as if they are in meditation. Reiki can also be dramatic due to the immediate release of stress and feeling of the deep relaxation.

Reiki is cumulative. Some people do not notice how much the first time has helped them. Some people do not notice anything until the next three days. Some signs to look for is stronger digestion, a sense of being, feeling centered, being more aware, feeling of less reactive, and even having a deeper sleeper that night.

Once a person accepts and focuses on the intention of the session, the person will notice a significant difference. The person must be opened minded and open to receiving the energy from the practitioner.
