How often should you get a massage?


     Many clients get massages when they have time for it or for luxury. When it comes to massage, it should be a health routine. Your body is like a machine; if you do not do the necessary maintenance, it will break. Massage for us is the same. We recommend a routine. If you can only make it one time a month, keep it as one time a month. If you have a massage every other week, keep it every other week. Your body will adapt and be healthier.

Swedish Massage is the most widely used system of massage therapy in North America. Swedish Massage is defined as the systematic and scientific manipulation of the soft tissues, of the body for the purpose of establishing or maintaining good health, it also includes stretches and joint mobilization.  It can also be described as organized intentional touch.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Most common symptom that client experience is soreness. Drink plenty of water to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
