Before Your Session:
• Drink plenty of water before your appointment
• Avoid heavy meals right before your session
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Avoid alcohol before and after your appointment
• Let us know about any medical conditions, recent procedures, implants, skin sensitivities, or medications
• Be prepared to discuss your focus area and body contouring goals
After Your Session:
• Continue drinking water throughout the day
• Move your body gently, such as walking
• Follow any aftercare guidance provided at your visit
